Went to two two-hour meditations on Jan-30-2017, Feb-06-2017. First meditation was difficult, felt like my mind was racing and kept being distracted by piece of hair on face, or some other discomfort. Tried to focus on breathe despite the discomfort. Learned in second class to relax body first, become comfortable, then focus on breathe. Enjoyed meditation more in second class. Also learned about thoughts, but will expand about later.
